I’m Chandra Storrusten, a 48-year-old wedding enthusiast living in the United States. Ever since I can remember, I’ve been captivated by the magic of weddings the celebration of love, the coming together of families, and the creation of memories that last a lifetime. This fascination began in my childhood and has been a guiding light throughout my life, ultimately transforming into my career as a wedding blogger.

Growing up, I was the little girl who dreamed about fairytale weddings. I would sneak peeks at bridal magazines, design imaginary ceremonies for my dolls, and attend every wedding I could with wide-eyed wonder. The elegance of the gowns, the beauty of the vows, and the joy radiating from everyone involved filled me with inspiration and happiness.

As I navigated through my teenage years and into adulthood, my passion for weddings only grew stronger. I found myself drawn not just to the aesthetic elements but also to the stories behind each couple’s journey. I was fascinated by different cultural traditions, innovative themes, and the ever-evolving trends that make each wedding unique.

After marrying the love of my life and starting a family, my appreciation for these special moments deepened even further. I am a proud mother of three incredible children who fill my life with joy and keep me on my toes. Balancing motherhood with my passion wasn’t always easy, but it taught me the importance of cherishing every moment and celebrating love in all its forms.

Determined to combine my love for weddings with a fulfilling career, I launched OWIT of Greater Triangle. This blog is my heart’s work a place where I share insights, tips, and inspirations for couples embarking on their own wedding journeys.
